Over the Christmas and New Year period we will have a reduced staff. Our volunteers are having a well-earned rest over this time so our responses might take a little longer compared to normal. Please bear with us.

  1. For FtP support we first add you to our support group which we run via Facebook. We ask you for information to confirm your ID which helps safeguard our members.
  2. If you request to join the group, one of our admins will contact you to get you set up. Once on board, we can help you with advice and signposting.
    1. If you need help setting up a Facebook account under a pseudonym, to maintain your anonymity, we can also help you with that.
  3. Our Advocacy programme is suitable for those needing representation in their case. We offer a hugely experienced and specialist service that costs far less than similarly advertised services.
