Based on a Freedom Of Information request at the time and court costs observed during an appeal case at the same time – these costs were worked out at the rates given below:

   

9-day FtP hearing – case presenter       £14,112

9-day FtP panel                                              £13,140

Total                                                                    £27,252

The outcome of this case was no case to answer.
